Black Americans need to pool our vote and vote as a bloc for the benefit of our people. That is the only way changes get made. Candidates have to take us seriously as Black Americans.
Every candidate must answer one question: what are you going to do for us? That is the only thing we care about, because if we are doing good, America is doing good.
Patrick B. Gillum, FounderWhy we vote together
Foundational Black American voters need to align and vote together as one unit. That is what best serves our community.
When our vote is split and taken for granted, nobody has to listen. When we stand together, candidates have to take us seriously and answer the question that matters: what are you going to do for us?
One people, one vote, one voice. That is how we move forward together.
We do not support any candidate who does not speak to us directly about what they will do for our communities. The rule is the same for local and federal races, and the same for both parties.
Loyal to our community
Black American voters who are tired of being taken for granted. We welcome every Black American voter.
The DEED Act
